As a software entrepreneur that finds myself as a multi-practice dental office owner I realize how valuable every hour of the week is. From the unpredictable time intensive activities of patient care, insurance verification/billing, and staff management, it didn't take me long to realize that I needed to automate anything I possibly could to free up my time and maintain sanity from everything that was coming at me.

When I started looking at different software I could use to automate different tasks I quickly realized how fragmented and archaic the medical software industry is. You find yourself having to stitch together multiple software systems to be able to create any sort of process around anything. When shopping vendors I quickly learned that the software better be HIPAA compliant and you better have a BAA signed with them! I was also surprised to find that many of these vendors require yearly contracts and big fees to sign BAAs often charging thousands just to sign the BAA.

With this in mind I set out to build a software system to automate the most mundane of tasks while following best practice HIPAA compliance and making it affordable to offices of any size. My hope is to give others the time back that I have given myself while also minimizing the risk of HIPAA breaches and creating valuable insights to hold staff accountable. This is just version 1!
