“I built SentSafe because I was tired of seeing important office work handled through messy manual processes.
As a private practice owner, I know how often checks, letters, referrals, and approvals can pile up at the end of the day or week. Even in good offices, too much still depends on paper, memory, and follow-up. That slows the team down and often turns the owner into the bottleneck.
I wanted a better system for my own practices — one that made it easier for the office team to do the work, while still giving ownership the visibility, control, and peace of mind we need.
That became SentSafe.
SentSafe helps private practices send checks, letters, and referrals from one secure workflow, with the accountability and oversight that manual processes usually lack.
We built it for ourselves first. Now we are making it available to other private practices that want a better way to handle important outbound communication.”
